Arnold wrote this song more than a decade ago when he was a singer-songwriter. Sea Island & Ferry made a debut performance of this recomposed version during “Crossings – Music X Films” in 2018, which is now included in this album after some good reviews. The original song was written and produced in 2003, while the new version here was produced in 2019 and 2020 – coincidentally, these are the years when Hong Kong experienced various upheavals.

Arnold 在唱作人時期寫下的作品，於2018年舉行的「《渡》音樂X映像航行」中初次由「海島小輪」演繹改編版本，因得到好評而決定收錄於專輯中。原曲於2003年寫成及製作，跟這張專輯製作的2019和2020年，都是香港經歷大是大非的時間。然而這並非刻意安排，實屬巧合。 (AF)
