A spacious piece which concludes the album. Written also as an answer piece to “Walk at Dawn”, it includes elements inspired by John Lennon & Yoko Ono’s “Happy Christmas (War is Over)” and Sakamoto Ryuichi’s “Merry Christmas, Mr Lawrence”.

Spring and Autumn – these are the two seasons that are particularly short and obscure in Hong Kong, but the expression in Chinese also has a meaning of “years”. It reminds us to look more closely at the subtle changes in Nature, to examine what people have experienced in the past, so we may learn how to face our future, and understand how to make peace with the people and the environment around us. All but to welcome a bright new morning after the dark chaos.

一首具空間感的曲子，為專輯作結，與《清晨的步行》可以視為呼應作。中段加入了啟發自 John Lennon / Yoko Ono 《Happy Christmas (War is Over)》 和坂本龍一 《Merry Christmas, Mr Lawrence》 的音樂元素。

春與秋，既是香港短促而不明顯的季節，亦含有「年月」之意。以此為題，是寄語我們多觀察自然界的細微處，審視前人所經歷過的大事小事，好讓我們走好眼前的路，學會跟我們身邊的人與環境安然共處，在黑暗混沌過後迎來一個新的清晨。 (AF)
